Governance works when everyone can take part, so people are never counted. Tiers step on the number of apps under governance — the thing that actually grows — in planned steps, never a metered surprise.
What counts as a governed app?
An app with a record in your private Anthouse workspace—whether you govern it where it runs, migrate it, or place it into a managed retirement flow.
Do domain-scan results count toward the limit?
No. Domain evidence is saved inside your registered workspace, but a result counts as an app only after it is confirmed or registered.
Is billing active today?
Not yet. These are private-pilot terms, published so early customers can evaluate the model without a pricing surprise. We confirm scope and timing before any commercial commitment.
